With just a little bit of wool and a few stitches, you'll be showing off your "Needed Notions" to all your quilting friends! 106 FAT QUARTER LOG CABIN - MARTI MICHELL

Join Marti in this full day class on new ways to make the favored pattern of the Log Cabin. Unlike scrap Log Cabin quilts that feature a different fabric in every strip of a block, this scrap Log Cabin quilt depends on orderly repetition of fabrics within each block. Learn a great method for cutting and sewing that makes these blocks fast and, better yet, square. The four blocks you make in class can be the start of a big quilt or a very satisfactory wall hanging approximately 30" square.

It's amazing to see how merely rotating a patch, adding a color or inserting an extra seam in a block creates a whole new version of the block. This project has a kit which includes a whole roll of Triangles on a Roll™, which Linda uses to make her half-square triangles quickly and accurately.  All skill levels. Kit fee of $18 includes a full color pattern, roll of 2" Triangles on a Roll™ and enough 4" Triangles on a Roll to complete the project.
