Registration InfoPLEASE NOTE the deadline for registering (July 12) and for ordering merchandise in time for us to ship it to you before the show (June 30). If you wish to register for a class after July 12, you will need to do so at our Registration Booth in the Hershey Convention Center Chocolate Lobby (refer to map sent with other registration material in June). Hours for the Registration booth are Wednesday, July 23 from 7-9pm, Thursday - Saturday from 8am - 6pm. We will again have a bulletin board by the registration area detailing which workshops are still open and also, if any workshops are "for sale." Please check with our QO staff at the Registration Desk if you have any questions about the procedures. Maps of the Hershey Convention Center will be included with registrants' packets of information sent in June.With your registration fee of $17 you receive a multi-day pass into the merchants mall and exhibits and a show pin.** Unfortunately, we must initiate a $12.00 charge for any replacement badges. When a badge is lost, whoever picks it up has access to the merchants mall and quilt exhibits without paying the multi-day admission fee. This is unfair to those of you who have paid the registration fee, so please keep your badge in a safe place! ** Due to new and stricter rules of the Postal Service, our small packages for pin are considered parcels instead of flats or letters. So, we will not be able to ship your pins or lanyards ahead of time unless you include $1.50 for postage and handling. Otherwise they will be waiting for you at the Registration Desk at the show.No auditing of any class or lecture will be allowed. This is not fair to both the instructor and the students who paid for the class. Totes, T-Shirts and Commemorative PinsQuilt Odyssey 2008 totes will be available this year in limited quantities. These jumbo 18" x 19" x 4 1/2" totes are heavy, durable cotton canvas with a bottom gusset in natural with "Quilt Odyssey 2008" plus this year's design logo written on them. You can order them ($12.50 each, tax included) ahead of time on your registration form to ensure their availability.Also available this year will be T-shirts with the same logo on them as the totes. They are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, and full cut, selling for $15 each (no tax on clothing in PA). You can order these early to ensure the availability of your size as there will be limited quantities in M, L, XL, XXL and 3XL.Commemorative pins are included when you register. There also will be a limited amount of pins (from previous years too) available at Quilt Odyssey's Memorabilia booth outside the Merchants Mall in the Great American Hall Lobby. If you have been a registrant for five years at Quilt Odyssey, you will receive a 5-year pin FREE compliments of QO. These pins are different from the annual pins and will not be available for sale at the Memorabilia stand outside the Merchants Mall and are only available to registrants who meet the requirements.To pre-order your merchandise, just check the appropriate column on the registration form and include payment. We'll ship them directly to you if there's time AND THE CORRECT POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES ARE INCLUDED, or have them waiting for you at the Registration Booth at Hershey Lodge & Convention Center.All merchandise will be for sale at QO's Memorabilia stand with the exception of the 5-year pins.Last, but Not Least...
Registration Form Instructions - Please ReadPlease read the instructions below then go to the Registration Form page. Print out the registration form using File->Print, (change the page set-up to "landscape")fill out and send to Quilt Odyssey. If you are charging your registration and other fees you may fax your registration form to: 717-423-5148.Form Instructions: Please select the workshops, lectures, and activities in which you wish to participate. For workshops, please mark your first, second and third choices. Add the sum of your first choice(s) to the sum of the lectures, and/or activities and registration fee and send a check, money order, or fill out the credit card information below for that amount. In the event that you do not get your first choice, you will be put on a waiting list for your first choice and billed or reimbursed for the difference between your first and second or third choices along with your confirmation. All activities are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations made after confirmation, but before June 7, 2008, will be refunded, minus the registration fee and a 20% administrative fee per class or lecture. Changes made after confirmation may be subject to an administrative fee per class of up to 20%. Registration fees are nonrefundable. There will be no refunds on or after June 7, 2008.
